Do you know where to get help and information to fit around your working hours? Our recent parent satisfaction survey highlighted that working parents might not be aware of when and how we are able to support them.
Our HUBs and phone lines are open each Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm. You can get in touch with our team at a time to fit around your working hours on 0300 123 7572 or drop in and see us at one of the HUBs. Alternatively you can email us or contact us through Facebook or Instagram and we will get back to you within 24 hours during the working week.
Our Family Support Team can help you with:
• Information on where to collect free healthy start vitamins.
• How to find out if you are eligible for childcare funding.
• Information about what's on for you and your family in your local area – you can also take a look at our timetable at any time. Our Preparing for Baby Coffee Mornings for parents-to-be take place on a Saturday and some of our parenting and First Aid courses take place in the evenings or also on a Saturday.
• Support with booking onto our sessions and workshops.
• Support in signposting you to other key organisations such as speech and language specialists, child mental health services and financial support to name a few.
If you need to reach the Public Health Team (Health Visiting), their phone lines are also available via the 0300 123 7572 number and are manned Monday - Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
